I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by several aspects. the location was unique and charming, tucked away in a quaint neighborhood which allowed for peaceful walks in the surrounding countryside. I loved how easy it was to get into Ulm by tram, ensuring that I had the best of both worlds - the tranquility of the hotel and the vibrant city atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, offering a warm welcome and providing excellent service throughout my stay. They even went the extra mile to accommodate my dietary requirements, offering gluten-free bread and a toaster for my husband who has coeliac disease. Lastly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. The clean and well-designed rooms had a modern feel with clean lines, and the large flat-screen TV and perfect Wi-Fi added to the overall comfort of my stay. The breakfast in the restaurant was also a highlight, with a superb selection of hot and cold dishes, and the lovely homemade apple juice was a delightful touch.

This hotel is conveniently located near the highway and a tram stop into the city, making it a great choice for business travel. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. The bathroom offers privacy, unlike some other hotels. The delicious breakfast and friendly service add to the comfort of the stay. I appreciated the car park being just steps away, and the beautiful roses given to guests on Mother's Day as a nice touch. I will definitely recommend this hotel to colleagues.

Despite the restaurant being closed on Sunday, the hotel's location in a quaint neighborhood was perfect for hiking and cycling. Can't wait to stay here again!

I loved the location of this hotel. It was very easy to get into the city with the tram stop nearby, and the motorway to Klosterhof was very accessible. The breakfast was really good too, with a great selection. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The room had an overpowering smell, making it hard to enjoy our stay. The bathroom door was also quite loud and cumbersome, which could be a problem for light sleepers.

What an amazing experience! I stayed in a hotel that is not very close to the city center, but a tram makes it easy to get around. The location of the hotel is unique and quiet. I was extremely impressed with their gluten-free bread selection at breakfast which was offered to me without me asking. Great room. Felt like it was recently refurbished, but still with old details. Great and spacious bathroom. Lots of mirrors and all amenities that you need. Breakfast was very fresh and extensive! The hotel is located at a cozy square! Very nice atmosphere. The staff made this one of our best stops in Germany.

We loved our second stay at this cozy and quiet hotel. Upgraded to a mini apartment, the modern furniture in the renovated old building was impressive. The friendly staff, despite a language barrier, made for a great experience. Nearby restaurants and bars added to the convenience. We'll definitely return when in the area.
